With Private Label Rights, you can use the products for personal
or business use.
You can put your name on the products as the author. You can edit the
contents, re-title the products, and include your

Private Label Rights are generally much more expensive than Resell Rights. This is because with PLR, you can change the
content to whatever you like and claim to be the author. The following
example should help to clarify this.
In preparation for the smoking ban in
almost all enclosed public places and workplaces in England from 1st of
July 2007, I acquired an eBook called 'Quit Smoking' with Private Label
Rights. In its original form, the eBook was incomplete and a little
rough around the edges but provided an ideal template for my needs.
After researching smoking related topics on the internet for several
weeks, I began the task of re-writing the eBook. From that point, it
took only 5 days to write, publish and advertise. Targeting the UK
market, I priced 'Stop Smoking in 7 days' at £10.46, the cost of 2 packs

I hope this example illustrates what you can do
with Private Label Rights. They can be great time savers and often help
to stimulate your own creativity.
There are however important rules to be
aware of when using Private Label Rights and Resell Rights products. If
you want to pass on resell rights to the person who buys from you, you
must have the Master Resale Rights for that product.
This often causes confusion for many
marketers, especially with PLR products. Being allowed to change the
content, claim the product is theirs and sell it does not automatically
give them the right to allow others to do likewise. They must have a
Master Resell Licence. What to remember is that without Master Resale
Rights to a product, the resell rights for that product cannot be given
to anyone else.
